Vic: Electrical union defiant on govt threat = 2

AGL spokeswoman Jane Counsel said the company hoped the stoppage could be avoided,
but measures were being put in place to limit the impact on customers.

"We will continue to negotiate with unions in good faith and we have mechanisms to
minimise the impact on customers whenever possible," she said.
